The aim of this 30 minute call is to introduce you to my coaching process, and give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. It will also help you to decide if my approach suits you. The coaching process requires you to work very closely with your coach and let’s face it, not all of our personalities work well together!
You will not be asked to commit to any sessions during or after the call. Maryke will send you an information pack after the call that you can look through in your own time. If you decide that coaching can help you achieve your goals, you can book your first health coaching session through the website.
